PM-302 PTA
system

The PM-302 PTA system
is designed for automated hardfacing of supporting and
cylindrical surfaces of different parts. Welding deposition
is accomplishing with the high temperature constricted
arc, formed by the plasma torch with nonconsumable tungsten
elecrode. The small-grained surfacing powder of the
wearproof, corrosion-resistant and other Fe, Ni and
Co-based alloys is used as the adding material. |
The PM-302 PTA system was delivered to
Customer in special modification designed for
oil stop valves surfacing.
Hardware configuration could be changed
according to Customer requests and possible geometrical
or technological peculiarities of surfacing.
The PP-6-03 plasma
torch

of:
- surfacing module with the PP-6-03
plasma torch;
- stand;
- rotator with inclining axis;
- control system unit;
- remote control unit;
- rectifier-type welding machine VD-306D;
- water cooling unit ;
- spare parts complete set.
