Compact
plasma torch for outer surfacing of small-sized parts |
|
|
The plasma torch PP-7 is designed for outer surfacing
of different details by Fe-, Ni-, and Co- based alloys.
- valves of internal combustion engines,
- supporting surfaces of drilling bits,
- screws of thermoplastic equipment,
- other small-sized parts.
The plasma torch has inner supply of adding powder,
wich provides high efficiency of heating and melting
of material and consequently guarantees min losses
< 5%
|
Pure argon (99,995% Ar) is used as a working gas. Gas mix
(argon and hydrogen - 5%) could be used as a shielding gas.
