The plasma torch PP-12 is designed mainly for inside
surfacing of different details by Fe-, Ni-, and Co-
based alloys. |
This compact easy re-installed plasma torch performs
long service life and suitable maintenance. Original
attachment unit permits to connect or to disconnect
the plasma torch for service very quickly.
Minimal inside diameter of a detail to be surfaced is
85 mm, max length up 700 mm.
The plasma torch PP-12-01 is modification of the PP-12
and it is purposed to surface mainly Cu- based alloys both
on inside and outside parts of different details. Typical
applications of the PP-12-01 are plain bearings, guide bushings,
hydraulic cylinders and etc.
It has the same attachment unit and overall dimensions.
The main difference the PP-12-01 from the PP-12 consists
in special design of the cathode unit that allows using
it at reversed polarity.
Pure argon (99,995% Ar) is used as a working gas.
