powder overlay industrial applications.
Our PTA-torches are designed on the basis of wide experimental
investigations of plasma arc energetic characteristics,
phenomena of powder heating in the plasma arc and molten
pool, thermal-physical features of the parent metal.
All of these plasma torches have an internal distributed
powder feed that provides high efficiency of heating
a powder and its minimal losses. Pure argon (99,995% Ar)
is used as a working gas.
