The rotator - manipulator PM-RM-100 is intended for rotation of details relative to plasmatorch during surfacing of butt, cylindrical and conic surfaces. For surfacing of cylindrical and conic surfaces in the rotator the mechanism for inclination of face-plate is provided, which can be set in motion or in manual (fig. 1) or by means of the electric motor (fig. 2). In the latter case the face-plate inclination can be operated automatically under the program at surfacing of difficult details that expands its technological possibilities. For monitoring of an angle of inclination in the rotator the scale is provided. There is also a mechanism of fixing of the detail in the given inclined position. The detail on the face-plate is fixed or by means of special hold-down tools, or by means of a self-aligned turning cartridge.
